who needs a tubby when you can take a shower???
Sammy's bath seat came with another base that lifts it up more so you can use it with a shower instead of the bath. Sammy has always loved his shower with us from time to time, but he is way too heavy to hold now when he's wet and soapy and slippery. So I put him in the shower today like a "big boy" and he loved it. He cried when I had to take him out. The shower is so much easier than the tubby and quicker, too.

Sammy looks like he had a blast. Audriannas new PT that we will be seeing outside of school starting in March (I blogged about it). Said that shes gonna have a adaptive equipment company come out and evaluate audrianna for some equipment i.e. a stander, bath chair, rifton chair ect. Since they know what insurance will and wont cover
he really was SO happy! It's so awesome to see him having some "normal" things he can enjoy by himself! He feels very proud of himself!
That's great about the equipment. Do they think she needs a bath seat?? She sits up by herself, right? The stander is great, though, for weight bearing and strength! Sammy loves it! He feels like such a big boy in it! :)
So glad he enjoys his showers. Don't we all. ;) He always has the biggest smile.

She W sits in the tub and she falls over quite a bit caus it being a lil slippery. The PT does not want audrianna W sitting at all
That is the cutest thing that he loves showers. He is so cute! I never thought of trying that with Em, but now I will.
