Please say prayers of strength for me. I am finding that dealing with an ex-husband over an older child is NOT fun! I need the strength to be tolerant and thick-skinned during this ordeal. I don't know how much more of the strife I can deal with! :( I love my son more than life itself and really don't want him hurt out of this, but it's hard when the other party is acting like a child himself!
And of course, then there's the rest of my life to deal with..... God help me and give me strength to get through these latest trials!

My Sammy man..... thank goodness he heals so quickly!! He is already over the goopy nose and just has a little bit of cough left! He slept through the night again last night. :) yah!!! :)
I took a pic of him in his stripey jammies and big 'ol slippies the other night. I couldn't resist! With the skinny chicken legs and the giant looking slippers (which really do fit him) he was too much! :) (He also thinks it's funny because we have matchy slippers. My little man!! :)

oh, God help us...
Ok, so Sammy is sneezing up a storm and I have a sore tonsil! Seriously....I am not humored with the cooties this year! I am hoping that Sammy's is allergies since he had sneezies all along, but he has been mucho crabby the past 4 days or so... I guess we'll wait and see! He was acting better this afternoon, after I brought him to see his 'new room". He loves the new house, now we just have to FINISH it so we can live in it! :) Got delivery on the inside doors today. We got special cedar doors, very beautiful! Sammy was very excited to see them! Brian is almost done taping our bedroom and bathroom and got the cellar-way stairs partitioned and railings up. Getting all of the crap done so we can get the certificate of occupancy. "Kind of" important! ;)
They look like they took more effort than they did. They are made from colored chocolate melting wafers drawn on wax paper and left to harden. They were actually fun to make! :) Big hit! :) Tasty too! :) I am really enjoying this little hobby!

We went with Patty to Hancock Shaker Village on Sunday. Sammy loved the cows and sheep and of course Luke loved the sheep, his favorite animal ever, next to chihuahuas! :) (Luke is actually pointing at the sheepies, but in a dorky way!) Sammy loved it when the cow and sheep mooed and bleated right in his face. He would jump and then giggle. :) Fun time! Got a pic of the famous round barn there where the baby animals were.
I made owl cupcakes last night for my kids at school because I promised them a treat if they beat the goal that i set for them on our "stupid" standardized Math test. They beat it, obviously, with flying colors! :) I think they came out too cute. And many thanks to my dear husband for running to the convenience store at 10:30 last night to get me more Oreos when I ran out. :) Gotta love him! :)
